Dear Brother Bernie,

For crying out loud! Why don't you stop all this petition/research/documentation/web site building work you have been carrying on for the last three years, and simply contact the Networks with your facts about "Pastor Haggee"???!! They just love to do expose' documentaries to expose religious "Elmer Gantrys" who are only in the 'religion business' to get rich. Can there be any doubt left in your commendably charitable Christian mind, that Haggee is 'making merchandise' of his flock?( II Peter 2:3), has been doing so from the beginning, and has absolutely no intention of 'repenting'?

People like so many of these TV "evangelists", so called, need to be exposed and put out of business! They give Christianity a bad name and encourage those who are already skeptical to harden their hearts to the Gospel. You'd be doing the Lord a real service to initiate an investigative report by one of the major "news magazines" on TV, such as 48 Hours, 60 Minutes, or Dateline.

I urge you to stop trying to do the work of the Holy Spirit with this man, and start defending the Faith from his wickedness instead. He is unworthy of your continued "brotherly" admonitions, because he isn't listening...to you or any of the handful of others who've signed your well intentioned petition. It's a lost cause, Brother. Give it up, and start concentrating your considerable talents on something more productive, like providing a forum for seekers to ask questions about Christianity and the Word of God. Or, simply use your site to publish information like you already are, exposing the Benny Hinns, and Robert Tiltons, Kenneth Copelands, and all the rest who are doing the same thing Haggee & Company are, exploiting the gullible for profit. With all the research you've already done, and all the resources you've developed, you have a big foundation laid to become the 'premier' naughty preacher expose' site on the Internet.

Go for it! I'll be praying that God will guide you to submit to his Divine will, and allow yourself to be led by the Holy Spirit to apply your energies to whatever he directs you to do.

But thanks be to God! For through what Christ has done, he has triumphed over us so that now wherever we go he uses us to tell others about the Lord and to spread the Gospel like a sweet perfume. As far as God is concerned there is a sweet, wholesome fragrance in our lives. It is the fragrance of Christ within us, an aroma to both the saved and the unsaved all around us. To those who are not being saved, we seem a fearful smell of death and doom, while to those who know Christ we are a life-giving perfume. But who is adequate for such a task as this? Only those who, like ourselves, are men of integrity, sent by God, speaking with Christ’s power, with God’s eye upon us. We are not like those hucksters—and there are many of them—whose idea in getting out the Gospel is to make a good living out of it.

The show was excellent!! This is a hot topic for me of course..I have been studying the movement of the false teachers for five years...and it is a great blessing to receive confirmation from ministries such as yours and Steve's.

Feedback: The topic of the "WORD OF FAITH MOVEMENT' from what I have studied was very well done. Steve has an excellent way of communicating...his style is casual, but is knowledge is very deep....He did a great job of capsulizing, and he proves to be wise in his material and in the word.

Thank you so much!! both you and Steve...I am so grateful because I have prayed for at least five years for people who will have the guts to stand up and have the knowledge and care to name names..and you did it well Bernie..I tip my hat to you...

Bernie you are right!! It is important to warn the people of these false teachers because they are giving christianity a bad name and a wrong name...It is not what christianity is about and those that are saved from these minstries or converted are not converted to the saving Christ, but rather converted to a false demonic being at best....
